At Visyatra, we take great care in assisting you with visa applications, travel bookings, and related services. However, all services are non-refundable under any circumstances. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
- Non-Refundable Services
All services provided by Visyatra are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Visa Application Services: Visa application fees are non-refundable. We assist with processing your application according to the rules and requirements of the embassy, but visa approval is not guaranteed. The final decision lies solely with the embassy or immigration authorities, and their decision is final.
- International Tour Packages: Once a tour package is confirmed, it is non-refundable.
- Flight, Rail, and Bus Bookings: All flight, rail, and bus bookings made through our platform are non-refundable, in line with the respective service provider’s policies.
- Travel Insurance: Insurance premiums are non-refundable once the policy is issued.
- Other Services: All additional services, such as hotel reservations, excursions, etc., are non-refundable.
- Why Are Our Services Non-Refundable?
Our services involve third-party providers (such as airlines, insurance companies, and tour operators) whose policies we cannot alter. Additionally, visa application services involve significant administrative work and costs, which make refunds unfeasible. Visa approvals or rejections are at the discretion of the embassy or relevant authorities, and we cannot control the outcome.
